HowellK20:

(Economics) What is the purpose of the Federal Reserve Bank? A. To loan money to individuals. B. To control monetary policy. C. To print money. D. To insure bank deposits.

Gdeinward:

Any ideas Howell? I can eliminate D. Remember, the role of the Fed is too ensure economical and monetary stability. Essentially, they are the watchers of the US Economy, the keepers if you will

HowellK20:

I'm not sure but I think I'd go with B. I don't think banks themselves actually print the money so that one is out, and I don't think they control the monetary policy but I don't know. >~<

HowellK20:

Yea I'm gonna go with B.
