Chica your brain is too big for mine Saw and seen have the same basic meaning and can be generally used the same but however 'seen' cant be used without being next to a helping verb I am actually confuzzled in this one now v.v But it's either a or c I'd go with a For the other question please make another post

Correct It was A "Saw" is the correct form of the past tense to agree with the subject "hawk."
