You don't need a picture because it's a parallelogram. That means opposite sides and angles are equal as well as the sum of all angles is 360°. I would apply that understanding here and form an equation:
2(4x+16) + 2(2x-16)=360°
Solve for x and then plug it into 2x-16 to find m<H°
