Would this work: (Turn your bike into a horn) Consider the function of a siren disk: "When the disk is spun in front of a jet of air, the holes modulate the air-jet which produces a sound" Ref: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siren_disk It's the same idea shaking your finger around your mouth as you blow. Now consider this diagram in which a circular disc is inserted into a bike-wheel that's placed next to a fan.
|dw:1571876600796:dw| The fan shoots out a jet of air which gets disrupted by your disk (cardboard punctured with holes), thus creating noise similar to that of a tornado sirens. Will it work? Or how loud will it get? That's what I want to know.
Actually...why don't I just attach the siren disk to the fan itself. It'd be even faster... It'd be even better if we attach it to a centrifuge. Is there a way to make homemade centrifuges...

I dont know what makes you a genius, that drawing of Arnold Schwarzenegger, or the contraption
Back in the days when I was probably in middle school, I would put an empty water bottle in between my rear wheel and body of the bike to produce a sound similar to a motorcycle. I would ride around the neighborhood and to school every day making a loud noise that people blocks away could hear. Maybe incorporate that idea into your apparatus?
also include playing cards for that cool sound
Done that before as well and I can agree.
