Does anyone have a MacBook Air and know how to log off of Mail to get into another account?

I fit exactly into this

1. Open the mail application
2. Click Mail and select Preferences
3. In the box, go to Accounts
[You should be able to remove an account by selecting it and clicking the minus sign at the bottom]
