Hmmm well for the most powerful we're taking 7 superheroes.

Then we'll go for a humorous bunch:

Okay okay I know Steve Harrington isn't a superhero but he's a bat swinger savior therefore my superhero. I also wasn't sure what the question mean by "have a top 10" LOL.

I'd choose Iron Man first, given that he is super powerful. Look at him, he's got missiles, AI, lasers, launchers, any tech you could dream of. Heck, he created a time machine (kind of).
Next, Captain America. He's invincible and a kind person. Pretty funny too but he is a great super soldier.
Third, Eleven from Stranger Things. She's got telekinesis and saved the world from a presence right beneath it's feet, the Demogorgon. With her mind (and fireworks, of course.)
Next I chose Superman given that he's Superman. No explanation needed.
Next up, Wonder Woman. She'd lead with her feminine and be amazing at it too.
Captain Marvel was next up strictly because she can survive in space and is the most powerful Avenger, yes I said it.
Thor!!! He's the second/third (tied with Scarlet Witch) most powerful Avenger. He has lightning powers and there's no way I'm passing that up.
Okay so this one can be seen as pretty obvious, but I picked Spider-man for obvious reasons. He's not just cute, but he's super funny. He'd make great jokes to the team.
Black Widow is more powerful than humorous, but I decided to include her because her seriousness is hilarious. She is loyal and takes her job seriously.
Okay finally Steve the Hair Harrington is an obvious pick. Now I know he's not an actual superhero, don't @ me. He's also a bat swinging kid with a good punchline and I'd love to be fighting alongside his remarks.

Now here's some next picks I could've included:
Scarlet Witch - She almost single-handedly defeated Thanos. Why didn't I have her join? Well her accent is annoying, but she's still grieving. She gets her emotions get in the way of her fighting, which caused Thanos to gain the last power stone (in Avengers: Infinity War)
Luke Skywalker - He counts as a superhero considering he saved the galaxy in Star Wars. I could've included him alongside dozens of other Star Wars characters, but who knows if the Force works on us weaklings.
Hulk - He's puny. Puny Hulk. He one, gets too angry. Two, he is kind of hard to lug around considering his fusion in Endgame.
