Sadly, I don't think this would be a good idea. It would add drama to the site and some might get offended or hurt.

I thought about that, but the risks would be stated outright, and its based off of user vote. Ye cant blame a group of people. But I can see your POV. Ill see what everybody else thinks

It would be really difficult to maintain and regulate, just saying. Also, it might lead up to controversies amongst users and add drama, as @Elsa213 said.

How about you hold some sort of academic bowl instead?

Expanding on the above point, we could do something like post a daily challenge (for instance a difficult math problem).

Also, don't you think that a beauty pageant idea could mess with some of the website's regulatory internet compliances?

I agree with Elsa

Competitions that judge people on appearance have huge detriments on those people who feel insecure about themselves. If someone were to get eliminated, they’ll only be upset that they didn’t look “good enough” to others. With many people in poor mental states this would not improve anything. Also rewarding someone on appearance isn’t advisable.
