You're gonna need to paste a picture of it instead bc FLVS won't let you do that. Anyhow, the center of dilation would have a relationship with each point of the original and new figure, such that the distance between the center of dilation to the point on the original and similar point on the new have a ratio of n:1, where n is the scale factor.
