start by eliminating the obvious ones. typically you do not deposit money into an account at a store, so there wouldn't be a minimum balance to maintain. only a bank might do that. so eliminate A.

also eliminate C, as the word "teller" typically only applies to an employee at a bank, not a store.

between B+D, which one is common between banks *and* stores?
