This question is a bit oddly worded. But I think if you had 100 trials and roughly 75 or so resulted in a dunk, then I'd say its more than enough info to suggest things are skewed against Mr Crow. I'm not sure the exact number needed. I cant really find info about that.

bill 50% may mean or yes or not - true ?
55% may be more yes that no by 5% so this may convince you ?

it would have to be at least 5 or 6 times of it being 75% dunks
my opinion that this 75% is to much to convince me about this booth was yes set at 50% green
