It's actually a myth that's been busted that stress&spicy foods cause peptic ulcers. And A is wrong, alcohol can worsen ulceration but not be the cause of ulceration because ulcers are basically sores on internal tissue. How would alcohol do that? H. Pylori infection is what's left, and that indeed is among the common causes of peptic ulcers. Another could be NSAIDs
