48+44=92
That means that 8 percent of people don't know if they are attending or not
(100-92)
The best way to find 8 percent of 650 is to divide it by 100 then multiple by 8
650/100=6.5
6.5*8

I didnt give you the answer but just multiple 6.5 by 8 and that should be it
