Cuban military invaded Eastern Mexico in a surprise attack. Cuba intends to gain territory and control of passage into the Gulf of Mexico. We need your recommendation as soon as possible.

I have the first paragraph done. this is it ..... The United Nations (UN) should be contacted about this conflict. The UN should be contacted because we could assist Mexico by sending troops to support and defend Mexico to help keep the peace within Mexico. Also, we should try to communicate with Cuba to try and see if we can make a agreement or create a peace treaty with Cuba because Mexico is an ally and one of our trade partner.
