Describe the factors that influence the level of cardiorespiratory fitness a person is able to achieve?

I believe they would be a person's age, gender, genetics and the person's level of conditioning. Typically as we get older we lose our level of cardiorespiratory endurance. Guys usually are built differently than most women (no offense to anyone at all). Plus your genes play a huge role like your metabolism and such. Also, it depends on how much they work out and continues to do so.
