As much as I would say Neptunia, as far as anime goes, it wasn't that great, for the best anime it's really hard to decide, but I'm going to have to go with Demon Slayer, albeit recent it is truly a magnificent work of art in both animation and art, it looks like a painting in motion, for for that I have to give it the title of best. As for my favorite anime, that's actually School Live, but if you haven't heard of it, I recommend giving it a watch without looking up the synapse because it will be much better like that. As for my favorite character, that has to go to Neptune from Neptunia for having a great fun and energetically playful personality
