bambam5286:

hii i was wonder if someone couold help me with this question because im struggling

AngeI:

Yes I do believe I can help I didn't remember the formula until I googled it, so its clear now. Since this is a decrease we would use this formula Decrease ÷ Original Number × 100 You should be able to find the decrease by subtracting the new number from the original

bambam5286:

A. 1/847 years per album B. –847 albums per year C. 847 albums per year D. –847 years per album

AngeI:

Oh the answer choices might change it Give me one second to look into it more please c:

bambam5286:

no worries tyy

AngeI:

Yes my apologies I left something out since I didn't know the answers involved year (next time you ask a question please include the answer choices cx) The formula you would do I rate of change = (4683 - 14000) / (1998 - 1987) = -847 So for each year the rate of change for the sale of albums (how much it goes down each year) is 847

AngeI:

Does this make sense or?

bambam5286:

oooh thanks you really helped because everytime these type of questions pop up i choke lol i really appreciate it

AngeI:

Of course, so you understand what was done right?

bambam5286:

yes the years where getting me mixed up

AngeI:

Ah I see Basically you find the decrease (or increase) then divide by the difference in years To see how much it decrease or increased each year c:
