Hm -Trying to think- You can use mild pain killers for the headaches if their really that bad, runny nose ... just carry tissue with you, sore throat = honey

Eat green chili, it has always worked for me and now it's a growing technique (but maybe you should eat it with something so you don't get heartburn).
