I believe that is unfair to give @Vocaloid the SS of 100 and all the other mods 99 along with the CREATOR. The SS of 100 should be given to Ultriliam that way it's fair to all the other mods.

Vocaloid is 100 because she has earned it through blood sweat and tears, she has helped more than anyone else on the site and that is why she has the SmartScore of 100.

Only a single person can have the SmartScore of 100, and the person who gets it has more points than anyone else on the site

In what way is that unfair? The entire system is based around inflation and deprecation. The more people that are on a level, the easier it is to move to the next, the fewer people on a level, the harder it is to level up. Similarly, only one person can be the richest person in the world, just like only one person can be level 100 on QC.

She wasn't given it, she literally earned it because it can't just be given I think (at least to just one person because last time Ultri messed with it, it affected the ss of EVERYONE)

Not correct, 100ss is automatically given to whoever holds the most points, and the entire system scales to that 100

The only power Vocaloid has through her 100 is perceived power. If any individual sees that she is empowered over anyone else, that's solely a product of their beliefs. She has earned the most points on QC and as a result, retains the 100. Note how she does not have a 100 in Engagement. That's because someone else earned more points for that sector. It's a hierarchy of competence and effort.

The system is fair. As @Ultrilliam said, please feel free to point out where you think it isn't and how specifically we can address that. We are always open to hearing the community.
