There needs to be an incentive for asking someone out.
Like instead of people writing down their crush's name on a card and putting it in a box for a dollar, so the school will give that card to someone and make money off of it,
it should be like you write down the name of someone, promising them however much money you put in that box will be theirs, IF they ask that person out.

It's a win-win cause if they reject you, you still get that money and you won't feel too bad about it.
(On the other hand if they don't ask that person out, then it'll be 80% refunded and the rest goes to the school) man I shoulda been on student council.
