I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and say you meant wig, not wing

It's really hard to find the color + style wig you want from physical stores (physical wig stores typically cater to cheap costume-style wigs, or really expensive wigs meant to replicate natural human hair colors)

so your best bet is online. when I did my first cosplay I was on a low budget and went on amazon/ebay but if your budget allows it I would try a better website like ardawigs or or epiccosplay

alternatively you could try coloring + styling a white wig w/ blue dye if you feel up to the challenge
