Andy has two samples of liquids. Sample A has a pH of 4, and sample B has a pH of 6. What can Andy conclude about these two samples? Sample A is (neutral, alkali, acidic) , and sample B is (neutral, alkali, acidic) .

justjm:

If the *pH* is below 7 then it is acidic. At 7 it is neutral. Above 7 it is basic/alkali.
