Answer: The beginning situation in our community would be having someone who is a professional or specialist to take part in the industry or continues on its own. 2. Answer: Some of the factors would be to show the tourists where they'll be staying, show them around, and how much it cost. 3. What are the options for managing an ecotourism project? What are the advantages and disadvantages of each? Answer: Some of the options for managing a ecotourism project would be whether or not having a group of person to be in support for it as a community. The advantages would be have people come up with simple ideas and effort to help while the disadvantages would be if nobody would join or participate with the act. 4. What challenges do you face in running the ecotourism business? Answer: The difficult challenge would be demonstrating or teach to tourists around a country or city of how the culture and heritage was important from now and from back then. 5. Why might some individuals oppose ecotourism or its expansion? Answer: They oppose because they do not want anything to change around them and large group of people around their area. 6. If you were managing the ecotourism project, how would you split the profits that it is making? What are the advantages and disadvantages of your plan? Answer: I would probably split half of the profits towards the ecotourism project and half towards fixing things that need to be fixed and paying staff. 7. Imagine that you are in charge of an ecotourism project in your hometown or another area that you are familiar with (such as a nearby state park, etc.). What would the project look like?
