A lot of the time for females, some of the following work: Watching Netflix Working out (this is proven to boost your mood (sometimes) and make you feel fulfilled) Putting on a BOMB outfit and/or makeup (this works the best for me) Talking to close friends or family even Watch Youtube videos that make you happy Talk to your grandma!! They can cheer you up Talk to someone supportive! This works soooo well because they are always there for ya :) Organize - Redecorating and organizing help when you're down, it honestly makes you feel 101% better.

And @Shadow's right, pretending to be happy can make you feel happy (sometimes)

That works too I suppose .-. I like to play with animals (dogs, cats, etc) or go out for a walk or play a couple rounds of a video game to help get some frustrations out haha ^-^
