since you have angle B, side a, and side b, you can use the 2nd formula to solve for c. You *should* end up with 2 possible c-values (let me know if you're not getting them, I haven't tried solving it myself). since it wants the greater perimeter use the larger c value, plug back into the law of cosines to find A and C.
