The legal system defines the "Seven Delinquent Behaviors" as offenses that are automatically outside the jurisdiction of the juvenile court system and subject to maximum penalties. These include offensives such as murder and armed robbery with a firearm. What can you conclude from this passage? Juveniles can be held to the same standards as adults. Juveniles can only be charged with serious crimes. Juveniles are never charged with adult crimes Adults get away with more crimes than juveniles.
