The metric you're looking at is what evidence can identify the robber.

How intrinsic is someone's back to them being identifiable. It's something but compared to DNA? Probably not. And eyewitness testimony of the person who was robbed? Seems important no?

The last one sounds like hearsay, which would get a quick objection in court.
