Anyways, if things do go south, you'll probably have to testify in court. It's legal and you're a minor so even if you do go to prison (which I doubt), you'll have a pretty small bail and not a lot of time. It wasn't sexual assault I assume, I also assume you had consent. The mother can't control that.
