Actually, the answer is C. The soap film is a rather thin layer separating the air inside the bubble and the air outside the bubble. The colours you see in the bubble come from the fact that light reflecting off the inner surface interferes with light reflecting off the outer surface. As the thickness of the film changes, so does the interference, and that's why you see all those colours there.
