I'd say wait for the right moment and age for you to be able to take such a drastic decision that will sure affect you for life.
Think about what you and your family need, and how they would or will react. Sure, it's your decision in the end, but you wouldn't want to end up like many unprepared couples.

These are just teenage "feelings", and so it will be normal to "like" various people at once. I'd say enjoy life and being single, and then worry about what you will do with a partner later. I might suggest around 20-22.
