Lets take a look at the graphs and what we are given. So we know that the ferris wheel completes 4 revs in a time period of 2 pi min. What you want to do is to see which sinusoidal function models this example. So if 4 rev are completed in 2pi min. that means that 1 rev is completed in pi/2 min. Look at all the graphs and tell me which one this is.

Since there are 4 rev done in 2pi min, look at the unit circle. Which states that 1 rev is done in 2pi min in the graph of sinx. Since this graph is 4 rev, it will be sin4x
