amccollum:

An apartment complex offers apartments with three different options, designated by A and C. A: One bedroom, Two Bedrooms, or Three Bedrooms B: One Bathroom or Two Bathrooms C: First Floor or Second Floor What is the probability that someone will select a first floor apartment that has two bedrooms?

Mercury:

I'm not 100% sure but assuming independent events there are three possible outcomes for the bedroom choice (1, 2, or 3 bedrooms) and one desired outcome (2 bedrooms), so the probability is 1/3 using the same logic, calculate the probability of getting a first floor apartment then multiply the probabilities together
