Me and my friend had an assignment that we were both supposed to work on it was real easy so I was goofing off in class but I got my part done. Now my friend didn't do his part and had no intention of doing it on time. So I grinded in and finished it one time. Now cuz I was mad at him for that I kicked him out of the doc. (he gets no credit now and is mad at me) What would you have done and what am I supposed to do now?

geerky42:

I think you are supposed to talk to your teacher before doing anything extreme like kicking him out. I don't fully agree with your action, but I think you have a good intention. Sometime friend turns out to not be great. It happens. What to do now? No idea lol

ramen:

health?

darkknight:

So we were to form out own groups of 1, 2 or 3 people. We would put the list of peoples that contributed at the final doc and submit the assignment. So this happened twice, after the first time he promised to work on it and finish within time. So it was due at 12AM and it was 9PM and I text him if he is going to finish. He said that he will finish but not before 12. So I don't want points off for late so I grind in and finish the assignment. Mad at him I kick him out of the doc (this is the second time this has happened). BTW before I threaten to kick him out of the doc he says that I never shared it with him (he mentions this now only). I say well good enough. The next day when I am at school he says that it is all my fault because I never shared the doc. (but he had no intention of doing the work on time and only checked the assignment because I told him to, he never said he was going to do it on time).

I agree with geerky, what he said is what I am thinking. Some actions were like what someone on drugs would do. HAHAHA. For now, I would just tell him that he needs to be more serious, and that your grade could have been seriously messed up. He really has no right to be angry.

darkknight:

okay thanks, I am just mad that I can't trust him to do his work and I like him as a friend and not a study partner. My grade just went down a little but I am mad because I had to put in the extra effort. What do I do now as to fix the friendship?

darkknight:

well I offered him to tell the teacher that we got into a fight during one of the assignments and that I kicked him out and he can tell that he was part of the group. I am not bailing him out of the other so I think that is a fair deal. As long as he apologizes

Macho14:

Well, usually these kind of things end up sorting themselves out. Legit, just pretend nothing ever happened and forget about it. Eventually, even if he doesn't forget about it soon, he will too. If you like him, chances are he likes you.

Macho14:

I have an associates in Psychology. These problems occur all the time

darkknight:

yes he is my friend. But he won't play Xbox with me anymore. i told him that we can talk today at 4:30, so yes I hope things get sorted. Thanks for the advice :)

Macho14:

No problem, hope things get sorted as well.
