Can't sign in or scroll on the QuestionCove app for iOS? Here are some instructions for a temporary fix.
Upon opening the newly made QuestionCove app for iOS, you might run into some problems getting past the sign-in page due to its location on the screen. To fix this, press the indicated down arrow after inputting your username. This will tab over to the box which requires you to enter your password. Press the "Go" key after you completed these steps to sign-in.
Now you are greeted with the mobile view of QuestionCove, but with one slight inconvenience; you are unable to scroll on the question feed! This is my current set up for a work around to enable scrolling, which will hopefully be obsolete in the near future:
Start by opening the triple layered bar menu in the top left hand corner of your screen.
Next, press your tab named "Messages."
Proceed to open "View All Messages" on the bottom right hand corner and wait until the interface loads.
Once again, press the triple layered bar menu in the top left hand corner of your screen.
You should see the QuestionCove logo as a header, which takes you back to the question feed upon pressing. Do this to finish the final step.
If all the steps were followed correctly, you should be free to scroll as much as you want (until you close the QuestionCove app's background activity, which you will have to follow again from step 1.) Hopefully this helps our iOS users for the time being, good luck!
