So in order to find out the angle of AEC, you will have to average the 2 opposite arcs (if you don't know why I'll tell you). Averaging arc AC and arc DB gives us (actually you calculate this (and that is your answer to the angles of AEC and DEB)).
When you say averaging you mean adding orr?
So an average is to add all the numbers that you have and divide by the number of numbers you have. For ex) AC = 110 and DB = 38. So add them together and then divide by the number of numbers that are provided (in this example 2 because it is only 110 and 38)
Okay so 110+38 is 148 divided by 2 is 74 which makes AEC 74
