1567 - 200 = 1367 1367 x .75 = 1025.25
so your final number is how much the insurance will pay You can just subtract that from the original medical bill, and that would be how much you pay
1367 - 1025.25 = 341.75
Or that works too, but just don't forget to add in the $200 deductible!

The question wants the total amount you paid so 341.75 is the leftover that you pay AFTER you pay the 200 deductible and the insurance pays it's own share
