So I have this story to write. It's about Dewey The Library Cat. My teacher wants me to use this: Exposition: The exposition of Dewey the Library Cat includes multiple characters. It introduces Dewey, an orange cat with frostbitten paws who was found in a library book drop box. We also find out that the narrator was the owner of Dewey. The other characters in the story are the patrons that came to the library, the veterinarian, and the people who would record Dewey for the news. Rising Action: Vicky finds the cat in the dropbox. It was the coldest night. So Vicky brought the cat in and took care of it. Dewey caused some troubles like stealing rubber bands. Dewey would also climb up the lights in the library. Dewey stayed the night in the Library. Climax: Dewey becomes sick. He won’t eat his food, or he becomes picky about it. He becomes constipated. When Vicky takes Dewey to the veterinarian, he is diagnosed with cancer. He had a large tumor growing in his stomach. Falling Action: When they find out that Dewey had cancer they had to put him to sleep. They thought that it was very sad, and Vicky didn’t really do much after that. She wouldn’t even fix the heater because it was the heater that Dewey would sleep by. After six months however, she got it fixed. She said, “How can an everyday object make you sad?”

Denouement: Vicky, librarians, and the patrons had a cat funeral for him. A lot of people came to talk to him and say their goodbyes. Vicky, librarians, and the patrons got a new cat and found the cat in the middle of the room. Vicky found the cat in the middle of the road while she was driving. They named it Page Turner.
I just need some suggestions on how to write it or what to add.

If there aren't any specific requirements that need to be met other then a plot diagram and it having to be creative I'd say you're okay. But make sure your story is split into the right amount of paragraphs and you check your grammar and spelling and punctuation.

If you want to add something to it yourself I don't know or think I can help you with that part? But yeah it's pretty straight forward.
