nekoguy:

Two vertices of a right triangle have coordinates (9, 1) and (6, −1) . Select each ordered pair that could be the coordinates of the third vertex. (1, −1) (6, 9) (6, 1) (9, −1)

darkknight:

Draw a picture on a coordinate plane. You should be able to do this easily

darkknight:

https://www.desmos.com/calculator/rwgrjrwusy These are the first 2 points. You have a hint that says that it is a right triangle. So you should be able to find the 3rd vertex very easily

geerky42:

Can't PM you, darkknight, so next time don't talk about how they should be able to do it *easily*. Everyone has to start from somewhere. You are potentially going to make it more frustrating for them.

darkknight:

I don't know if your set or not, but all you had to do is plug in all the answer choices and see if they can result in a right triangle. and @geerky42, I wasn't talking to you
