Gender discrimination still heavily exists, sometimes in both genders. Certain jobs are refused to certain genders because of stereotypes created in the workspace.

Racial discrimination is also very fluent in the U.S. We judge certain ethnicities (and religions) without thinking twice. Even reverse racial discrimination. It's very common in our country.

Pay: Especially during this pandemic people all over the world are realizing the worth of essential businesses, such as grocery store cashiers and gas station managers. While sometimes these jobs are frowned upon, we're depending on these workers. They also don't receive good pay in most cases, and it's not fair because they're the ones that are risking their lives especially during these stressful times. They deserve better pay.
