Well it depends what form the equation for a parabola is in. In vertex form, y = a(x-h)^2+k h,k is the vertex In this form: a^2(x)+bx+c = y, you need to use the formula -b/2a to find the x-coor for the vertex than use the value you got to solve for y and then that would be your vertex. Written in this notation (-b/2a, f(-b/2a))
