Simple plug and chug problem. Do you know where amplitude, period and phase shift are?

Well, the amplitude goes in the first box, the period goes in the second, and the phase shift goes in the third. The amplitude tells us the height from the center to the peak, the period tells us the length of one peak to the next. And the phase shift is how far horizontally from the usual position
