Vocaloid:

the fenceposts are shaped like cylinders, I presume. it states that all the surfaces of all the cylinders must be painted, so I presume you just need to calculate the surface area of 10 cylinders with the given dimensions SA = 2(pi)(r)(h) + 2(pi)r^2 plug in the radius, height, and find SA, then multiply by 10 fenceposts.

bruhidk:

I found 172.7

bruhidk:

but how do I know how much paint, like just answer "you will need 172.7 paint?"

Vocaloid:

the units are feet, so the units of SA are square feet I haven't checked the calculation yet, but assuming your answer is correct, 172.2 square feet of paint

Vocaloid:

*172.7

bruhidk:

Okay, thank you! i was confused lol
