It shows that I've chosen a medal, but it sends me the option to choose another person to medal. Of course, it doesn't work. But it's confusing. Not that urgent to fix, but definitely annoying.

It's been a while. I always ignored it cause that happened on OS sometimes, so I considered it just part of the site character.

It's been happening for quite a while. I'm sure @ umm pointed it out at one point to Howie. It just never bothered us a whole lot. But now it is starting to.

Do you know the events that lead up to it? Or at least what you are doing when it happens? It will help me recreate it to fix it

It usually happens if you stick around on a question for a long period of time. Like just yesterday I was *trying* to help @ kittybasil with their Excel work and the post was beginning to be pretty long. I had already chosen a medal I think it was for Kitt.-

Yeah, it'll only appear on one person. Gets in the way of text sometimes.

super weird... I'm gonna do some experimentation on the dev server and see if I can figure out the cause of it, once I trace it to the cause I can fix it

@Ultrilliam it happened on OS too, might just be a wug in the source code. I consider it a part of the site's character.
