Lowkeychickdy:

Which sentence is subjunctive and conditional? If you are nice, I will be your friend. If you were unhappy, I would be there for you. If you are angry, you should say something. If you are going out later, give me a call.

sammixboo:

Well, for a sentence to be subjunctive, it needs to have some sort of doubt or a wish/imagination for something. Words such as "would," "if," and "wish" can suggest a subjunctive mood. For it to be conditional, there has to be a verb that makes some sort of request as a result of certain circumstances.

ramen:

yep. conditional is kinda like it happens, but only on a certain occasion. If this occasion doesn't happen, the the thing won't happen
