look at the sheet music for the song. look near the beginning, where the first key signature is. then, near the first notes there should be some dynamic marking like pp, mf, etc. from your list.

p = piano (soft)
if we add another p to get pp that's pianissimo. the -issimo is Italian and simply means more/very. so pp = pianissimo = "more piano" or more soft

same logic with forte (f) (loud) and fortissimo (ff) (more loud)

now, if we instead add m to get mp or mf, the m means mezzo (middle or half). so mezzoforte is "half loud" (still louder than p but less loud than f). same logic with mp (louder than p but softer than mf or f)

with that being said, look at your sheet music and see which dynamic applies
