So humans have a high resistance to electrical current, which means it is hard to transfer electricity to us unless its enough voltage. About 50+ volts is what would be considered lethal (although it has to be a certain amount of time obviously). Though it is possible to survive as people have been hit with lightning and survived and that is one million volts, even if it is just for less than a second its still impressive to not die from it. I rember i was unplugging a cord that went to a vacuum and got shocked and just layed there
