I can't find the original figure, but I will give some pointers that will help guide you towards your solution: SA of a rectangular prism: 2LW + 2WH + 2LH (basically, on a rectangular prism there are 3 types of faces, with 2 copies of each face. find the area of each face and sum them up) a cube is special type of rectangular prism in which all sides are equal. applying the formula gives us 6x^2 where x is one of the side lengths for the composite figure, add up all faces that are on the outside of the figure, then subtract any that are hidden from the surface
