While we are not supposed to give out answers (ahem *cough* kitty *cough*). We are allowed to help guide you best we can. The first constitution did not, in fact, promote s monarch like presidency, and I'd did not do any of the other answers. The anti Federalists, did, in fact, say that the constitution needed a bill of rights and they did get this eventually this. Also another thing that was wrong with the original constitution was that it gave the original powers too much power which is one of the reasons why a new constitution was made and the three branches of power were created.
