A mason is building a brick wall. The mason will build a wall that uses 47 bricks in each row. The wall will be 215 row high. Each brick weighs 3 pounds. What is the total weight of all the bricks? How did you find out the total weight of the bricks.

there are 47 bricks in 1 row in 2 rows, there will be 2*47 bricks in 3 rows, there will be 3*47 bricks, and so on so for 215 rows, how many bricks will there be? once you have the # of bricks, multiply by the weight per brick (3 lbs) to get the total weight
