choices: - start static stretches to increase his flexibility - walk around to lower his heart rate - sit and catch his breath to avoid light-headedness - run one to three miles to build endurance
doing stretches wont help him cool down lowering your heart rate is good because it works the adrenaline out of your body allowing your core temperature to cool sitting down will help you cool down but it could also cause cramps after a strenous workout and running 3 freaking miles after kickboxing is just stupid i believe the answer is B
