ppp:

A coordinate plane with a line drawn passing through the points (0, 3) and (1,1). Which equation represents the graphed function? y = –2x 3 y = 2x 3 y = x 3 y = –x 3

Mercury:

use the slope formula to calculate the slope, m, between (0,3) and (1,1). once you have m, you can pick one of the points (I recommend (0,3) as there's a zero), plug the x, y, and m values into y = mx + b, and solve for b.
